A BBQ for an urgent need!
We are currently at 85% of our budgeted needs. With our year end giving being much lower than normal, we are still significantly short. Although our recent banquet was very successful, we are still short roughly $18,000 to meet our budgeted needs by June 30th. We are asking that you prayerfully consider helping us get over this final hump. We hope to see you at this BBQ to celebrate 23 years of Ministry!
About our Fundraiser BBQ!
Q: I plan on bringing a dish to share, what is the procedure?
A: You simply let us know in advance either by email or a phone call, and we’ll be happy to make space available for your dish! You can contact: info@covered-bridge.org or 802.397.8086
Q: Where do I park?
A: There is limited parking available our driveway areas, otherwise- parking along the street (with the flow of traffic) is fine!
Q: Is there a walk this year?
A: There is a designated prayer time at 10:45am, with a possible walk to the local park that would leave at 11am. We will also meet during the walk for fellowship and prayer before the meal.

Our 22nd annual BBQ will start at 10:45am. It will be a time of fellowship and prayer until the grill masters have the food ready!
BBQ!
The food will be ready around 12:00pm. We do ask that if anyone should decide to bring a dish to share, that they kindly let us know beforehand so that we may be fully prepared with enough space to accommodate extra dishes.
